You have full control over the questions, but we provide templates to help you get started.

How do you ensure verification?

ChannelBack verifies responses by only accepting submissions from work email addresses—no Gmail, Yahoo, or other personal accounts.

Who owns the communication between applicants and their previous customers?

Users will receive from ChannelBack a link to the short survey that the user will share with previous customers to complete for verification purposes.

How will my profile be visible?

To ensure privacy, and that only the right people see your information, we will publish your profile on an unlisted and unsearchable page with a unique URL that you can share as you like.

What’s next on the roadmap for ChannelBack?
